Our acclaimed Bluefin Tuna Masterclass returns, with tickets now available for July and August.

Join us for an exclusive showcase of bluefin tuna – a fish prized by sushi chefs all over the world and celebrated for its exceptional texture, depth of flavour and versatility.

Hosted by our master sushi chefs, these interactive sessions offer a rare opportunity to deepen your understanding of bluefin tuna and its most prized cuts, including akami, chu-toro and o-toro. Discover the distinct characteristics, flavour profiles and culinary applications of each cut before indulging your sense of taste during a five course lunch.

Designed to celebrate the remarkable versatility of bluefin tuna, the menu unfolds from a selection of canapés through to sashimi and sushi courses showcasing its most coveted cuts, before Japanese A5 Wagyu and Chutoro Katsu is served as the main course.

Due to the brevity of Australia’s bluefin tuna season, only a handful of masterclasses are offered each year. Places are limited with tickets to this immersive dining experience just $215pp.

Please note, seating may be communal depending on final guest numbers.

Due to the nature of the experience only pescatarian, dairy free, no beef and no pork allergies can be accommodated for. All other dietaries and allergies cannot.
