Bluefin Tuna Masterclass
Join us for an exclusive showcase of bluefin tuna, a fish prized by sushi chefs the world over and highly valued for its uniquely rich texture and flavour. Our acclaimed Bluefin Tuna Masterclass returns for 2025, with tickets now available for July.
At these interactive sessions, you’ll watch as our master chef breaks down a whole bluefin tuna, before having the opportunity to indulge in the three most celebrated cuts — akami, chu-toro and o-toro — fresh from the chef’s knife.
An accompanying five-course lunch menu highlights top seasonal produce; from a selection of canapés to start, to the likes of aged bluefin tuna sashimi and A5 Wagyu with tuna dashi enjoyed after the class. Due to the brevity of Australia’s bluefin tuna season, we only host a short calendar of these masterclasses annually, with very limited places available at each.
Tickets to this immersive dining experience are $215pp. Please note, seating may be communal depending on final guest numbers.
