For our next wine event, we invite you into the world of Champagne Ayala — a storied, family-owned House producing some of the most pure and elegant expressions emerging from the region today.

Join us on Tuesday 5 May at Kisumé as Laurence Alamanos, Ayala’s Export Manager and a passionate Champagne specialist with roots across France, Greece and Brazil, guides you through an intimate evening celebrating the House’s signature Chardonnay-driven style.

Five courses from Kisumé’s kitchen — crispy rice with Siberian caviar, Sydney rock oysters, aged duck breast and a closing craquelin au choux with Comté — will be paired to five expressions across the Ayala range, from the approachable Brut Majeur NV through to the prestigious La Perle 2015.
