Join us for an exclusive showcase of bluefin tuna, a fish prized by sushi chefs the world over and highly valued for its uniquely rich texture and flavour.

At this interactive session, you’ll watch as our master chef breaks down a whole bluefin tuna, before having the opportunity to indulge in the three most celebrated cuts — akami, chu-toro and o-toro — fresh from the chef’s knife.

An accompanying five-course lunch menu highlights top seasonal produce; from a selection of canapés to start, to the likes of tuna katsu, nigiri and sashimi enjoyed after the class.

Due to the brevity of Australia’s bluefin tuna season, we only host a short calendar of these masterclasses annually, with very limited places available at each.

Tickets to this immersive dining experience are $210pp, with an additional 1.85% fee on credit card purchases. Please note, seating may be communal depending on final guest numbers.
