The Chef’s table is a concept based on embodiment of seasonality and encapsulating the long held Japanese tradition of respect and hospitality. Our menus are based on the evolving nature seasonality and draw on the immense richness of our land and seas in Australia

The chef’s table seats up to 12 guests. the multi course omakase menu is priced at $195 per person for dinner and $165pp for lunch, with optional beverage pairings available.
