The Chef’s Table experience encapsulates the long-held Japanese tradition of hospitality and a deep respect for ingredients. Our curated menus are based on the evolving nature of seasonality and draw on the immense richness of Australia’s land and sea.
Tuesday to Thursday evenings we present a 14-course journey for $200pp, with an 18-course menu available for $245pp exclusively on Fridays and Saturdays. Supplementary dishes are also offered.
