The Chef’s Table experience encapsulates the long-held Japanese tradition of respect and hospitality. Our $275pp menu is based on the evolving nature of seasonality and draws on the immense richness of Australia’s land and sea.

Exclusively from 4-15 June, we’re celebrating Rising Festival with a special edition of The Chef’s Table, featuring an array of limited-edition dishes. What’s more, dine on The Chef’s Table throughout June and you’ll be treated to a complimentary glass of Champagne on arrival.
