Suntory Whisky Dinner

Wednesday June 30, 7pm & Tuesday August 17, 7pm.

After a series of sell-out events, Kisumé, in collaboration with Suntory will take you on a journey that perfectly embodies Suntory’s Japanese sensibility and Kisumé’s expression of the purity and integrity of Japanese cuisine.

Join us for a specially curated 5-course dinner including Wagyu Brisket, Mushroom Broth, Onigiri and Lamb Rib Togarashi Furikake, Green Ohitashi.

Immerse yourself in the experience, with some of the most exceptional whisky’s from the House of Suntory including Yamazaki 18YO and and the multi-award winning rare Hibiki 17YO alongside an array of other highly sought after whisky’s.

Chablis Wine Dinner

Tuesday June 15, 7pm.

Chablis produces some of the greatest and most pure Chardonnay wines in the world. Kisumé’s own Chablis Bar pays tribute to the celebration of Chablis, offering 60 Chablis from a dozen producers by the glass or bottle.

Indulge in a 5-course menu that pays homage to the crispness and minerality of Chablis wines, paired perfectly with Kisumé’s seasonal produce.

Embrace the experience with wines such as 2018 Domaine Piuze, Terroir Magnum and 2018 Domaine Long-Depaquit Chablis Grand Cru Blanchots, paired perfectly with Red Emperor with Bamboo, Smoked Soy and Marron with Cha-zuke, Sea Urchin and more.

Burgundy Wine Dinner

Thursday July 15, 7pm.

Enjoy the ultimate experience and indulge in some of the finest wines known worldwide produced in France’s golden region.

Immerse yourself in a sensory experience and be guided through an array of iconic Burgundy wines such as the 2015 Boillot Meursault Genevrieres, partnered with a 6-course menu including Wagyu MS9+, Wasabi Stalk, Parsnip and Shungiku.

Bordeaux Wine Dinner

Enjoy the ultimate experience and indulge in some of the finest wines known worldwide produced in France’s golden region.
